Welcome to Our Little Ohana!

Aloha! Crazy is the world of blogging! I've had so many different blogs and yes, I'm making one more. This one, however, is a remake. I want my family blog to be open to more readers, but I don't want to put my kids' names, our home town, and our calendar out there for the world to
see. So I have created this new blog to take the place of my previous family blog. Many of you regular readers know our names and where we live and all that good stuff, so please don't comment with that information. My family will have nicknames and I'd very much appreciate you using those when you want to leave a comment. (And I love comments!) My husband served his mission in Hawaii so I've decided to use that as a little fun to our new blog!
Hope you enjoy reading!

From Before...

Before I get started on our trip out west, I wanted to post this picture that I had all ready but forgot to blog about.
KB has been waking up between 4:30 and 5:30 almost every morning. And when he does, he bangs on his door and cries until we come get him. He'll usually fall back to sleep, but if he doesn't, Ku'uipo will leave his light on and tell him to just play quietly. Most mornings I wake up to him tired of playing and banging on his door again. This morning, though, I went in cause he wasn't making any noise and it was time to get up. I opened his door and this is what I found. His light was on and he had climbed up the drawers onto his dresser, scooted the bag of diapers out of the way a little, and curled up to go back to sleep on the changing pad. Didn't realize it was so much more comfortable than his bed!

jackson thought this was hilarious.
I as a mother, thought it was terrible, hate that you have to deal with that in the mornings - make him fall back to sleep without toys though.
